The quality of our blood influences all aspects of our health. Our tissues, cells and organs are profoundly influenced by blood quality. That being said, all health conditions arise when our blood quality becomes acidic. Maintaining an alkaline condition is a must for dynamic health. We will look at what determines the proper alkalinity of our blood.
Demystifying and Healing the Most Common Health Concerns

As a group, we will plan the entire menu from ingredients on the table. Warren will guide the process of planning a balanced meal from soup to dessert. Then, the meal will be prepared from scratch.A very unique class and a great opportunity to plan and see it all! A first in Atlanta!

Here is the class many of you requested. Sweet is actually a vital part of a healthy diet. The important point is: the quality of sweet be healthy. We will prepare a variety of desserts sure to please. A small meal will be served as well to balance all the yummy desserts!
